Winter is officially over for these indoor trainers. To embrace the outdoors once again for some of us is long overdue. The routine to walk, bike or run should start with a promise to do motion everyday for 30 minutes for 30 days. Then after 30 days figure out a 1 hour routine of combinations that can be accomplished no less than 4 days a week while still maintaining your 3 days at 30 minutes. I know not everyone lives in an ideal place so walking becomes your first target motion. Why is any of this important when so many of us lead sedentary lives? It’s important because when you are physically part of a place, not just driving through it then you add a sense to that place which does not exist otherwise. Travel near and gather together to transform those places we call our American home.  Take one day a week to start to drive less and bike more. Todays fill up on the Forester was $50.00.
